June 24, 2010 —Toni Blake has found out that ONE RECKLESS SUMMER received an Honorable Mention in the HOLT Medallion, and her Lacey Alexander book, WHAT SHE NEEDS, *won* the HOLT Medallion! "So I'm pretty ecstatic."

June 15, 2010 — Cindy Nord's query was chosen by Harlequin editors, Sally Williamson & Heather Rae Jenkins, as one of the top five 'winners' of their 'Harlequin Editors Pitch Session' from all the queries submitted. The editors have requested 3-chapters and a synopsis of Cindy's 2008 Golden Heart finaling manuscript, "No Greater Glory." Avalon Books has requested the full manuscript of the same story.

June 15, 2010 — Jacquie Daher signed a contract with Turquoise Morning Press for her novella Black and Blue, writing as Renee DeMarcus.

June 14, 2010 — Toni Blake has signed with Avon to write three more Destiny books, extending the series to six.
